Kyowon Wells introduces 'Wells Bidet Sterilization+' featuring enhanced hygiene and sanitization through thorough sterilization

Kyowon Wells, Korea’s iconic household appliances brand, introduces the 'Wells Bidet Sterilization + (Plus)' service for the first time in the industry to maintain the bidet hygienic and sterilized at all times despite frequent use.

‘Wells Bidet Sterilization+' is equipped with the 'sterilization module' to eliminate harmful germs and bacteria via electrolysis. The sterilization module generates electrolytic sterilization water, which passes through and sterilizes all water passages and contacts, including water tank, flow paths, and nozzles. Sterilization water is sprayed inside the closet bowl to extend the coverage of sterilization and disinfection to ensure a complete elimination of any and all remaining bacteria. The sterilization capacity of the ‘Wells Bidet Sterilization+' has been officially certified accredited with S Mark issued the Korea Testing & Research Institute (KTR).

In particular, ‘Wells Bidet Sterilization+' offers the industry’s first service to replace the 'sterilization module' to maintain the optimal sterilization performance. In three years of using the bidet, our customers have the sterilizing module, which is a key element of sterilization performance, replaced to maintain the electrolytic sterilization performance equivalent to that of a new product. This is to promote hygiene reassurance with awareness of the concern that the sterilization performance can be degraded over an extended period of time.

The nozzles easily susceptible to contamination will be replaced in full to enhance hygiene and sanitation. It is an industry norm to replace the nozzle tip only, which is exposed on the outside. The "Wells Bidet Sterilization+" is the industry’s first service to replace the entire nozzle, including the nozzle tip so customers need no worries about contaminants left on the outside of the nozzle. Both bidet and cleaning nozzles are replaced with new ones along with our Wells managers’ on-site home care every 3 months.

‘Wells Bidet Sterilization+' features excellent cleaning capacity as well. The Kyowon Wells' proprietary technology called the 'Dual Air' increases the air content in water sprayed and rotates the water flow softly by 360° to ensure a clean wash. A special cleaning course for female wash is available with the water pressure and spray strength adjusted to individual needs to ensure a pleasant washing experience for those even with sensitive skin. The children’s mode is also available to have bidet experience customized to a child's body and skin.

Our bidet products feature IPX 5 waterproof, which means you can clean them with water and automatically activate the sterilization mode once every day (once every 10 uses) to further ensure hygiene with no worries about the spread of germs and bacteria.
